Training
The SureTrace curriculum is organised into four tracks: an entry-level Foundations sequence, the NULCA certification prep built around the practice assessment, Advanced modules for locating professionals working on multi-utility and dense-corridor scopes, and a dedicated Records & documentation track for the ASCE 38 closeout depth. Each track is a series of standalone lessons — pick the one that matches where you are today.
Four tracks, each with its own entry point
New to the trade? Start with Foundations. Prepping for the NULCA credential? The certification pathway is the entry point for that track. Working on multi-utility campuses or dense corridors? Jump to the Advanced track. Authoring or auditing an ASCE 38 closeout package? The Records & documentation track is the entry point for closeout depth.
The four-module pathway, in one place
A single landing page that aggregates the four required practice modules (modules 01 – 04), the upcoming live training schedule, and a register-for-cohort CTA — so a learner finishing module 04 lands on a clear next step instead of a dead end.
The four scenario briefs, in one place
A single landing page that aggregates the four scenario briefs (multi-bore crossings, congested urban corridors, subsurface conflict resolution, and transit-adjacent rights-of-way), the upcoming live cohort schedule, and a plan the cohort CTA — so a learner finishing the topic scan lands on a clear next step instead of a dead end.
The four-module prerequisite curriculum, in one place
A single landing page that aggregates the four prerequisite modules (utility locate basics, electromagnetic theory, GPR fundamentals, and field safety) — the curated starting point for the NULCA pathway — so a learner evaluating where to begin the full sequence lands on a clear entry point instead of a dead end.
Use the course catalog to choose the next lesson, or open the certification pathway when you are ready to pair the modules with a live cohort.
